Sourcing note
This coffee is the result of extensive work on fermentation, carried out as part of the Competition Coffee programme run by Terres de Café with our best original partners. The result is worthy of the effort put into this great typica.


Tasting note
Nose: with notes of banana bread and orchard fruits.
On the palate: the cup is rich with notes of candied plum, fresh grape and black fruit.
The body is velvety and full. The finish is persistent with notes of cranberry.
This coffee is uniroasted for espresso methods and slow coffee methods.
