All our orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Our desire to always have freshly roasted coffees requires regular roasting, which can extend this lead time. We do our utmost to ensure that your coffee arrives as quickly as possible! Weekend orders are prepared on Monday.

During busy periods, the order preparation time may be extended. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an e-mail with a tracking number to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

We accept returns on non-perishable products (equipment and accessories).

Returns are refused on coffees in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code “the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly”.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you as soon as we receive your return. We will reimburse non-conforming products or products with hidden defects (photos required) within 14 days, using the payment method used at the time of order.

If you have any questions about your order, we can be contacted Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 18:00 at 0139808668 or by e-mail at eshop@terresdecafe.com *The parcel is delivered to the addressee's letterbox or against signature. The signature option for Colisssimo “Mon Domicile” delivery is charged at an additional €1. If your letterbox can't hold the parcel, everything is taken care of: a delivery notice is left there. It gives details of the post office where the parcel can be collected. The recipient then has 15 consecutive days to collect the parcel. After this period, the parcel is returned to us.
