Delivery times

All of our orders are prepared within a period of 24 to 48 hours (working days). Your desire for coffee that is freshly roasted on a daily basis requires regular roasting, which may result in this time being longer. We do everything possible to make sure that your coffee arrives as quickly as possible! Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday.

During busy periods, preparation may take up to 48/72 hours. You will receive a message by email as soon as your package is dispatched and you will receive a tracking number for your order, allowing you to stay informedas to whether your package is on-schedule.

Free delivery in France on orders of €50 or more (excluding Chronopost)

*For a delivery outside the EU, customs fees and taxes can be charged and are at the expense of the client, products being charged by Terres de Café without taxes.

Returns

We accept returns on non-perishable products (equipment and accessories). Returns are not accepted on coffees in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code: "The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or perish quickly"

Refunds A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of your return. We refund products that are non-compliant or that feature hidden defects (photographs requested) within a period of 14 days, to the means of payment used when placing the order.

The signature option in case of delivery with the Colissimo "Mon Domicile" (My Home) service is subject to a €1 surcharge. If your letter box cannot hold the package, we have it covered: a delivery note will be left. It will state the details of the post office where you can collect the package. The recipient will then have a period of 15 consecutive days to collect the package. After this period of time the package is returned to us.
