Ethiopian coffees
Untouched forests and omnipresent nature: it was the discovery of Ethiopia, the cradle of coffee, that motivated the creation of Terres de Café in 2009.
This particularity makes Terres de Café the specialist in Ethiopian forest coffees, and their great diversity.
Over 20 references available, in espresso, filter coffee, drip coffee and capsules.
Kenyan coffees
With its bright red soils, Kenya delivers coffees with unique, easily recognizable taste signatures, with notes of blackberry, tomato and citrus.
Our main partner Boyce Harries, with its twin farms Chania Estate and Oreti, has mastered the cultivation of the star varieties SL28 and French Mission.
Coffees of Rwanda
A land of micro-producers, Rwanda delivers high quality, pure, sweet and tangy coffees.
We work with a community of villagers who aggregate for Terres de café their very small batches of Bourbon, grown in home gardens.

Brazilian coffees
The world's leading producer of Arabica, Brazil is also the champion of intensive agriculture based on deforestation and the use of agro-toxic products.
For the past fifteen years, we have been working with the same committed partner and pioneer of regenerative and organic agriculture in Brazil: Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza.
Colombian coffees
Incredible terroirs scattered across the Andes mountain range, on vertiginous slopes, Colombia is a great country of coffee, and of small producers, who have been constantly innovating since the advent of specialty coffees.
Terres de café works with two producers committed to agroforestry and organic farming, Finca Santa Maria (Nariño), and La Pedrera (Santander), and each year with the Bourbon Project, offers a selection of the best Colombian “Bourbon Rose”, one of our favorite varieties.
Peruvian coffees
Peru is the land of the large organic and/or Fairtrade-labeled cooperatives that produce our decaffeinated coffee.
With the rise of specialty coffee, it's also a country of small, meticulous producers of noble varieties, cultivating small, protected plots of land that are difficult to access, usually by footpath.
The coffees are delicious, sweet and fruity. Peru is on the path of the other great countries of specialty coffee (selection of farms in progress).
Coffees from Ecuador
A small Central American country that is breaking away from agribusiness thanks to brilliant producers like Pepe Jíjon - La Soledad, Arnaud Causse - Terrazas Del Pisque, or Leopoldo Andrade - La Josefina, who have chosen excellence and the development of their terroirs.

Costa Rican coffees
Costa Rica's reputation for quality coffee is well established. Exceptional high-altitude volcanic terroirs, a marked wet and dry season and well-trained growers are the main reasons for this.
We have chosen to work with a single partner, Alejo Castro, Volcan Azul Estate, in our opinion the best producer of his generation. Fruity coffees with a distinctive minerality and subtle acidity.
Guatemalan coffees
Guatemala is a country of rebellious young producers, and we love it! They are taking over family farms using organic agriculture, regeneration, forest cultivation, permaculture and biodynamics, with a holistic approach to the terroir. They are totally emancipated from their elders, from the agrochemical industry, and from labels which, in their eyes, are part of a system that ignores the true interests of consumers and producers.
Finca Gascón, La Perla and Finca Isabel are worthy representatives of an incredible coffee country.
Panama coffees
Panama is the result of a high-altitude microclimate perfectly suited to coffee-growing, a variety of coffee - Geisha - perfectly suited to this microclimate, and enlightened growers who have put their trust in their tastes.
What other cup, in fact, conceals delicate notes of jasmine, a silky body, maddeningly elegant, with fine acidity and notes of lemongrass, tea, apricot, plum, peach, lemon... The greatest producers are at Terres de Café... Some of them are Legends.
Coffees from El Salvador
A pioneer in the cultivation of specialty coffee, every year El Salvador offers us smooth, chocolaty, delicately fruity coffees. Terres de Café works with the famous Himalaya and Los Pirineos farms, and with the big ones of tomorrow, Lechuza and El Cerro.
Nicaraguan coffees
Multiple winner of the “Cup Of Excellence”, which each year rewards the best producers in each country, Finca Buenos Aires - Olman Valladarez, is our only partner in Nicaragua, and the best, for the quality and diversity of its coffees, and for its choice of committed, agroforestry-based agriculture.

We have chosen the Upper Chiapas region for our Mexican sourcing.
There, tiny Mayan producers join forces with our partner Cafeologia to produce exceptional nano-batches in minute quantities.
