Tasting note
A nose : a hint of cherry and almond.
In the mouth : the cup is surprisingly round and pure. Notes of almond and cherry are enlivened by an acidity reminiscent of passion fruit. The smooth, silky finish leaves us with the sensation of a pure, full-bodied coffee.
This coffee is roasted for espresso methods and slow coffee methods.
