Organic Yeti Village Moka, harvested in the forests on the outskirts of the village of Yeti in Ethiopia's Wallaga region, was the first coffee sourced and purchased by Christophe Servell in 2009. It is the house's signature coffee, and its best-seller!


Tasting note
This coffee is in the DNA of Terres de Café. Indeed, Yeti was the first coffee purchased by Christophe Servell in 2009!
The nose : a reminder of milky chocolate bars.
The palate : pastry notes of chocolate and butter, mixed with almond, bergamot and a hint of red fruit.
The cup is silky and delicious.
This coffee is roasted for espresso methods and slow coffee methods.
