Sourcing note
Fazenda Ambiantal Forteleza is a pioneer in regenerative agriculture and has served as a model for many other producers. It is also known for the Bob-O-Link project, but produces very little coffee itself. So here's a rare coffee, an allocation we're proud of.
Tasting note
On the nose: gourmand notes of chocolate and pecan.
On the palate: pecan, brownie notes support the sweetness, and the mouthfeel is full and rich.
This coffee is roasted for espresso and mild methods.
