Organic Yeti Village Moka, harvested in the forests on the outskirts of the village of Yeti in Ethiopia's Wallaga region, was the first coffee sourced and purchased by Christophe Servell in 2009. It is the house's signature coffee, and its best-seller!

TASTING NOTE: On the nose, a hint of milky chocolate bars. On the palate, notes of chocolate and almond butter, tonka bean, cardamom, bergamot and a hint of red fruit.
