This coffee is the result of extensive work on fermentation, carried out as part of the Competition Coffee programme run by Terres de Café with our best original partners. The result is worthy of the effort put into this great typica.


Tasting note
A silky body with notes of apricot, persimmon, lychee and caramel. A lovely, smooth coffee.
This coffee is uniroasted for espresso methods and slow coffee methods.
