Coffee El Cuto
El Cuto, a sort of Salvadorian Robin Hood, is also the union of 4 farms and Terres de Café around a sustainable project. The result is a delicious espresso that combines sweetness and indulgence.
Sourcing note
El Cuto, named after a legendary Salvadorean character who takes from the rich to give to the poor, is the union of four farms and Terres de Café around a project: to reactivate quality coffee production at mid-altitude in a sustainable way for local communities, in the face of global warming. Reforestation, rainwater management, the return of biodiversity and mixed farming (honey, vanilla, cocoa, ibiscus, etc.) are the pillars of the project.

Tasting note
The aromas are reminiscent of soft butterscotch sweets coated in dark chocolate.
On the nose: faithful, the power of dark chocolate and hazelnut are balanced by the sweetness of prune, dried apricot and vanilla.
On the palate: full-bodied and round, offering a cup that is both chocolaty and gourmet.
This coffee is roasted for the espresso method.
