Sourcing notes
As an alternative to livestock farming, the Andrade family is introducing high-end, profitable coffee growing to the local population in the Upper Amazon, without cutting down a single tree! This is the project run by the Andrade family on their two farms, La Josefina and La Majorelle.
Tasting notes
On the nose: soft, fine notes. Notes of bergamot, white flowers and chocolate cream.
On the palate: the cup is juicy, fine and elegant, with notes of citrus tea, macadamia and pastry chocolate.
The final is delicious and delicate, with notes of black tea and chocolate mousse
This coffee is roasted for espresso method and slow coffee methods.
