Sourcing note
It's interesting to understand Ethiopia's many terroirs by understanding the coffees separately. It's also exciting to blend them together to achieve something different, a complex, fruity and floral cup; the best attributes of our greatest forest coffees. Here, the coffees of Guidamii, Limmu and Gomma do not add up, but complement each other in a special alchemy.


Tasting note
On the nose : an intense, thick crema exhales notes of cocoa and frangipane.
On the palate : the attack is supple, the body extremely velvety. The spicy character of the semi-sweet mocha, with its fine acidity, is intoxicatingly delicious. The finish is long and lingering. A great espresso, classic and distinguished.
This coffee is roasted for the espresso method.
