This coffee is a blend of two batches of coffee - same variety and same fermentation protocol - from two famous Brazilian terroirs, Sul de minas and Mogiana. These coffees come from the network of producers who adhere to the sustainability program of our partner Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza.

On the nose: notes of chocolate and caramel.
On the palate: 85% dark chocolate with hints of almond.
