Specialty coffee from the Jimma region in Ethiopia. In order to fully control the traceability and quality of our decaffeinated coffee, we have decaffeinated our coffee from the Khalid Shifa Farm in Ethiopia.

We have chosen CO2 decaffeination which remains the best compromise in terms of sustainability and preservation of flavours.

The filter coffee bag is the simplest way to enjoy filter coffee anytime, anywhere. Sourced and roasted by us, the coffees are freshly ground and packaged in filter bags in a protective atmosphere, then in a perfectly sealed bag to preserve all their aromas.
