KSF Honey Process :

The first batch we bought dates back to 2019, when we discovered this farm and its soul, Khalid Shifa, who has since become a friend and close partner. This batch comes from his orchard and the forest adjacent to it. One of our favorite coffees, to be enjoyed all year round and on all occasions.

Bourbon South Huila:

At the outset of the Bourbon Project, we selected 13 contributing farms out of more than 100 that responded to the call.

Since 2023, the coffee has come exclusively from Gabriel Castano's Finca Granada, who proves himself year after year to be the region's most talented and consistent producer of pink bourbons. Many thanks to him.

The exceptional terroir, the variety and the fermentation method, which involves 48 hours of oxidation before the cherry is wet-pulped, give this coffee a distinctive and quite addictive profile.

KSF Heirloom Honey Process - 88+ :

Nose: a rich cup, with notes of black tea, vanilla and tropical fruit.

On the palate: syrupy, with notes of Darjeeling black tea, mango candy and jasmine. The finish is persistent and gourmand, with pastry notes of tonka and cardamom roll.

More than a classic to be rediscovered, this is an exceptional harvest not to be missed!

Bourbon South Huila - 88+ :

On the nose: refined and comforting, evoking notes of buttered madeleine, dates and floral pear.

On the palate: the madeleine and pear remain and combine with butterscotch, yellow melon and red fruit undertones. The texture is round and smooth.

The finish is full and long, with notes of chocolate truffle and clementine zest.

A powerful, subtle, gourmet coffee, sustained by magnificent tension.
