Sourcing notes

Grown on agroforestry plots at an altitude of over 2,000 metres in the village of Bombe, the coffee trees are a cash crop for the families who cultivate them, alongside subsistence farming (fruit, vegetables, livestock, etc.). The cherries are selected by the Dukale brothers, who manage the fermentation and processing, i.e. the creation of the final batches. This batch is the best of the dozens of small farms collected in the village, prepared in the honey process, for a racy yet pure and elegant coffee.

Tasting notes

Nose: with notes of porto, red fruit jam, jasmine and muscovad. 

In the mouth:with notes of refreshing timut berry stand out above the richness of lychee, morello cherry, cocoa bean and candied plum. The finish is liquorish, with tones of crème de cassis, kirsch cherry and white grape.

The cup is velvety and complex. A cup out of the ordinary, a must try.

This coffee is roasted for espresso methods and slow coffee methods.
