Crop 2024
Sourcing notes
Grown on agroforestry plots at an altitude of over 2,000 metres in the village of Alo, the coffee trees are a cash crop for the families who cultivate them, alongside subsistence farming (fruit, vegetables, livestock, etc.). The cherries are selected by the Dukale brothers, who handle the fermentation and processing, i.e. the creation of the final batches. This batch is the best of the dozens of small farms collected in the village, prepared in the honey process, for a racy coffee that is still pure and elegant.
