In the famous Yirgacheffe terroir, we find here in Chelbesa a beautiful example of coffee grown in the dense vegetation of the forests of Ethiopia. At the station Chelbesa station, the coffee is meticulously "processed" by Snap Specialty coffee. Result, a cup of beauty.
Tasting note
On the nose: fine, subtle aromas of black tea, butter and bergamot.
On the palate: yellow peach, jasmine and black tea express themselves with clarity and harmony. Delicate notes of raspberry and clove emerge as it cools, led by the fine citric acidity added to this silky body.
