Guatemala 70% and Coffee Organic Chocolate Bar




Chocolate bar from ENCUENTRO x TERRES DE CAFÉ, 2 handmade know-how, passionate Roaster and Chocolatier. Handmade in Montreuil, this chocolate bar is certified "Agriculture Biologique".

Tasting note : Flavor explosion! The chocolate bar melts Ethiopian Heirloom Wallaga crushed coffee beans with floral, sweet spices, honey notes, and 70% chocolate from Guatemala Asochivite with confit mango, with a slightly tart flavour.

Sourrcing note : This cocoa is  from Asochivite, a little association of a dozen of producers in the heart of Guatemala. It is very rare as a few tons only are harvested each year.


Composition: Organic cocoa beans (70%) - Organic coffee ( 10%) Cane sugar . Can contain some nuts & sesame traces.

After sourcing the best cocoa beans and experiment a lot of recipes, Antoine and Candice launched Encuentro in 2017. It is in Lille that the 2 partners settled their factory and created their first handmade chocolate bars "Bean to Bar", chocolate essentially made from organic cocoa and cane sugar. For a pure and authentic result!
