The 80+, 85+, 88+ "score" established by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is used to evaluate coffee according to several criteria:
odor, aroma, aftertaste, acidity, body, balance, uniformity, purity, etc...
Coffee must achieve a minimum score of 80/100 to be considered a specialty coffee.
Profile :
The profile corresponds to the overall tendency of the coffee, the atmosphere that emerges from it.
Attribute :
The attribute corresponds to the aromatic notes and color of the coffee
