The Neo Flex is a compact, versatile and affordable manual lever-operated machine. Its polycarbonate frame is durable and lightweight. The big advantage of the Neo Flex? A choice of two filter holders, so you can make a great espresso, whatever your skill level. 1) Flow Control filter holder: a red filter holder with a restricted outlet port. Pressurized system creates the pressure required for espresso extraction. Ideal for beginners if you have an entry-level coffee grinder or use pre-ground coffee. 2) Bottomless 2-in-1 filter holder: the perfect black filter holder for more experienced users. It requires a specialized espresso grinder, but will enable amateur baristas to control the variables for each dose. With this filter holder, you'll need to test different grind sizes until you get the right pressure, just like with the Flair Pro 2. If the grind is too fine, you won't be able to lower the lever. If the grind is too coarse, the lever will lower without any resistance, leaving you with a beverage lacking in flavor! This filter holder features a removable spout for bottomless espresso extraction. Machine supplied with decompression valve. Easy assembly and disassembly. Easy maintenance with hot water.
