Four of our iconic coffees now available in drop coffee bag and gift box versions!
Bob-O-Link:
The FAF farm is our main partner in Brazil. The Croce family has succeeded in converting their farm, as well as dozens of other small farms around it, to respect for nature, sustainability and mastery of coffee processing. The region owes it to the return of the Bob-o-link birds that come to nest on the plantation, hence its name.
Finca Himalaya Bourbon Rouge :
New harvest! Finca Himalaya is a picture-postcard plantation nestled high on the slopes of a volcano. Its owner, Mauricio Salaverria, a 5th-generation planter, is a virtuoso perfectionist: planting under shade, entirely parcelized, drying on mats, custom preparation and mastery of the 4 processing-preparation methods: natural, pulped, washed and anaerobic.
KSF Heirloom Honey:
The first batch we bought dates back to 2019, when we discovered this farm and its soul, Khalid Shifa, who has since become a friend and close partner. This batch comes from his orchard and the forest adjacent to it. One of our favorite coffees, to be enjoyed all year round and on all occasions.
Tatmara Plantation Heirloom Nature:
No tracks, no roads to reach Negussie Tadesse, the owner of Tatmara Plantation, a sublime farm lost in the Bonga rainforest.
Tatmara is a delight, a place touched by grace, like the coffee it harvests.
Bob-O-Link:
On the nose: notes of apricot and hazelnut.
On the palate: a creamy body with notes of chocolate and butterscotch, and a discreet acidity. A nicely balanced, gourmet finish.
Finca Himalaya Bourbon Rouge:
On the nose: notes of chocolate and candied red fruit.
On the palate: notes of pastry chocolate, stewed red fruit, dried apricot and maple syrup.
The cup is round and full-bodied.
KSF Heirloom Honey:
Nose: a rich cup with notes of black tea, vanilla and tropical fruit.
On the palate: syrupy, with notes of Darjeeling black tea, mango candy and jasmine. The finish is persistent and gourmand, with pastry notes of tonka and cardamom roll.
More than a classic to be rediscovered, this is an exceptional harvest not to be missed!
Tatmara Plantation Heirloom Nature:
On the nose: notes of red fruit, milk chocolate and bergamot.
On the palate: notes of wild strawberry, lychee, chocolate, cardamom, white grape and redcurrant.
The cup is syrupy, dense and intense.
