Organic is good, sustainable is even better. Perfect sustainability in a coffee-growing environment means a total absence of chemical inputs, a forest cover that naturally fertilizes the soil, long-term relationships with producers, and purchase prices that reward quality and enable our partner farmers and their families to make a decent living from their work.

Sourcing note

Yeti Village Heirloom Nature:

Yeti Village Moka Bio, harvested in the forests on the outskirts of the village of Yeti in Ethiopia's Wallaga region, was the first coffee sourced and purchased by Christophe Servell in 2009. It's the house's emblematic coffee, and its Best-Seller!

Taba Hills Bourbon Nature :

Rwanda Taba Village is the birth of a terroir, that of Tom Bagaza, a singular, gentle, tall and determined character, and of the 15 villages that make up the Taba community. The exclusive Taba Hills Nature batch we've created is made from the community's certified organic bourbon plots. Exceptional value for money and a beautiful story that we're happy to cultivate.

Finca Santa Isabel :

“Biodynamics is a celebration of life,” say Martin and Alex Keller. Here, the principles of biodynamics according to Rudolf Steiner are applied to the letter, on this entirely wooded farm. All preparations and fertilizers are produced on the farm according to the cycles of the seasons. The coffee trees are visibly happy in the midst of this magnified nature, and the coffee distills a healthy, beneficent energy into our organisms.

KSF Goma Forest:

Khalid Shifa is now one of our closest partners in Ethiopia. Every year, we initiate special projects together. Here, we're going back in time by isolating trees planted by his father in the 1960s.
