Sourcing note

Khalid Shifa is now one of our closest partners in Ethiopia. Every year, we initiate special projects together. Here, we are going back in time by isolating the trees planted by his father in the 1960s.

Tasting Notes

Nose : a powerful, very spicy aroma, punctuated by light notes of orange blossom.

On the palate : the cup is just as straightforward, with its creamy body and notes of cardamom, marzipan and dark chocolate. The long finish is delicate, with hints of clementine and vanilla. A fine balance of spice, power and delicacy.

This coffee is roasted for espresso.
