Yeti Village Heirloom Nature:

Yeti Village Moka Bio, harvested in the forests on the outskirts of the village of Yeti in Ethiopia's Wallaga region, was the first coffee sourced and purchased by Christophe Servell in 2009. It's the house's emblematic coffee, and its Best-Seller!

Bourbon South Huila :

At the start of the Bourbon Project, we selected 13 contributing farms out of more than 100 that responded to the call. Since 2023, the coffee has come exclusively from Gabriel Castano's Finca Granada, which year after year proves to be the most talented and consistent producer of pink bourbons in the region. Many thanks to him. The exceptional terroir, the variety and the fermentation method, which involves oxidising the cherry for 48 hours before wet-pulping, give this coffee a distinctive and quite addictive profile.

Lenca Arabica Washed:

From the Marcala region, southwest of La Paz, which is known for the exceptional quality of its coffees, probably the best in Honduras.

Bob-O-Link:

The FAF farm is our main partner in Brazil. The Croce family has succeeded in converting their farm, as well as dozens of other small farms around it, to respect for nature, sustainability and mastery of coffee processing. The region owes it to the return of the Bob-o-link birds that come to nest on the plantation, hence its name.

Légendes - Jamison Savage Geisha Natural :

At 2000 meters, above Volcan Baru, the village of brown gold seekers, this forest farm is one of the most beautiful of this fabulous terroir. 18 hectares are cultivated in Geisha, and ten hectares are in conservation, where wildlife keeps its rights. Leopards, jaguars, panthers testify to the health of the living heritage of the place, but terrorize the farm workers who live there...Here, no pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers but a lot of care, know-how and passion to bring out one of the best coffees in the world.

Volcan Azul Caturra:

More than a century old, Volcan Azul is now run by Alejo Castro, the sixth generation of farmers. Alejo, who is in his thirties, is part of the modern coffee movement, and has considerably developed his production: plot-based planting, adaptation of prestigious botanical varieties and goldsmith's precision in the many processes carried out on the farm.

This Terres de Café set includes 6 boxes of capsules:

Yeti Village Heirloom Nature :

Nose: reminiscent of milky chocolate bars.

On the palate: pastry notes of chocolate and butter, mixed with almond, bergamot and a hint of red fruit.

The cup is silky and gourmand.

Bourbon South Huila :

The nose: The nose is refined and comforting, evoking notes of buttered madeleine, dates and floral pear

The palate: madeleine and pear remain and combine with butterscotch, yellow melon and red fruit undertones. The texture is round and smooth. The length in the mouth is full, long on notes of chocolate truffle and clementine zest. This coffee is roasted for espresso methods and slow coffee methods.

Lenca Arabica Washed:

Notes of milk chocolate and hazelnut. A sweet, gourmet cup.

Bob-O-Link:

On the nose: notes of apricot and hazelnut.

On the palate: a creamy body with notes of chocolate and butterscotch, and a discreet acidity. A nicely balanced, gourmet finish.

Notes of jasmine, peach, clementine and raspberry.

Volcan Azul Caturra :

On the nose: notes of sweet spices, stone fruit and chocolate.

On the palate: silky, enveloping texture. The cup oscillates between milk chocolate and stone fruit, supported by a slight exotic acidity, the signature of this iconic Volcan Azul coffee.
