It's interesting to understand Ethiopia's multiple terroirs by apprehending the coffees separately. It's equally exciting to blend them to achieve something else: a complex, fruity and floral cup; the best attributes of our greatest forest coffees. Here, Guidamii, Limmu and Gomma coffees don't add up, but complement each other in a special alchemy.

Voted “France's Best Espresso Blend 2015”, H3, like Heirloom 3, is a blend of three native varieties of Ethiopian Wallaga. Two natural coffees for body and typicality, one washed coffee for fruitiness and finesse. A great classic espresso.
TASTING NOTE: On the nose, an intense, thick crema exudes notes of cocoa and frangipane.
On the palate: the attack is supple, the body extremely velvety. The spicy character of semi-wild mochas, underpinned by fine acidity, is intoxicatingly delicious. A long, lingering, gourmet finish. A great espresso, classic and distinguished.
