Sourcing note

This award-winning coffee (French Cezve/Ibrik Champion, 3rd place Coffee in Good Spirit, 4th place Barista) is the result of fermentation experiments carried out by Jhoan Vergara at Las Flores, in an agroforestry. The 'heat shock' process, followed by anaerobic fermentation, gives Chiroso a 'candy' flavour, lactic and intense.

Tasting note

On the nose: notes of strawberry and tropical fruit.

On the palate: silky and syrupy, with a sweetness reminiscent of sour sweets and notes of strawberry, kiwi and mango. The finish is long and fresh, with hints of menthol.

This coffee is roasted for espresso methods and slow coffee methods.
