Coffee H3 :

It's interesting to understand Ethiopia's many terroirs by understanding the coffees separately. It's also exciting to blend them together to achieve something different, a complex, fruity and floral cup; the best attributes of our greatest forest coffees. Here, the coffees of Guidamii, Limmu and Gomma do not add up, but complement each other in a special alchemy.

Coffee 10 Blend :

"I wanted an espresso that blended minerality, fruitiness, sweetness and a touch of wildness, rather the opposite of the competition coffee of the 2010s. Volcan Azul in Costa Rica will give us the minerality that is so characteristic of this farm, Chania Estate will give us the malic fruitiness of the great Kenyans and Ethiopia for the typical, wild side. I really enjoyed myself and we still won the competition! Christophe Servell.

This Terres de Café's gift box contains 2 bags of coffee beans or ground coffee (250gr):

Coffee H3 :

H for heirloom (native seeds) and 3 for 3 coffees, H3 is the skilful blend of our 3 finest Ethiopian forest coffees for a unique, round, fruity and spicy cup. Best Expresso Blend 2015 - Comité Français du Café.

On the nose : an intense, thick crema exhales notes of cocoa and frangipane.

On the palate : the attack is supple, the body extremely velvety. The spicy character of the semi-sweet mocha, with its fine acidity, is intoxicatingly delicious. The finish is long and lingering. A great espresso, classic and distinguished.

Coffee 10 Blend :

On the nose : hints of cocoa, sweet spices and honey, followed by fruity notes.

On the palate : a very sweet attack in a velvety body, again honey and spices, followed by an explosion of fruit, raspberry, pear and apricot. The finish is long, sweet and praline-flavoured.
