Batch Ethiopia Dukale x3
A special Ethiopian batch, especially for the Dukale brothers, who unearth rare pearls and bring their mastery of processes and fermentations to bear.
Sourcing note
Dukale Alo & Bombe Village: From agroforestry plots located at over 2,000 meters, in the villages of Alo and Bombe, coffee trees constitute a cash crop for the families who grow them, alongside subsistence farming (fruit, vegetables, livestock, etc.). The cherries are selected by the Dukale brothers, who manage fermentation and processing, i.e. the constitution of the final batches. These batches are the best from the dozens of small farms collected in the village.
Dukale Yirgacheffe Idido: The Dukale brothers know the best Ethiopian terroirs, and the best small producers from which to buy their cherries, and Idido is currently at the top of the Yirgacheffe appellation. A product of ancient agroforestry practices, this lot derives its complexity from the fact that it is made up of different parcels.
Dukale's terroir and mastery of fermentation complement the work of the growers to deliver a grand cru, floral, fruity and spicy, with a perfect harmony of flavors.
