Sourcing note

Yirgacheffe Chelbesa: In the famous Yirgacheffe terroir, here at Chelbesa we find a magnificent example of coffee grown in the dense vegetation of Ethiopia's forests. At the Chelbesa station, the coffee is meticulously "processed" by Snap Specialty Coffee. The result is a great Ethiopian classic, and a cup of great beauty.

Dukale Yirgacheffe Idido: The Dukale brothers know the best Ethiopian terroirs, and the best small producers from which to buy their cherries, and Idido is currently at the top of the Yirgacheffe appellation. A product of ancient agroforestry practices, this lot derives its complexity from the fact that it is made up of different parcels.

Dukale's terroir and mastery of fermentation complement the work of the growers to deliver a grand cru, floral, fruity and spicy, with a perfect harmony of flavors.
