Sourcing note

Granja La Esperanza is a pioneering specialty coffee farm in Colombia. It was the first to advocate for producers’ right to grow natural-processed coffees. Now famous worldwide, La Esperanza has done us the honor of sharing its rare Laurina beans with us—direct descendants of the Bourbon variety from Réunion.

Sourcing note

No track, no road to get to Negussa Tadessa, the owner of Tatmara Plantation, a sublime farm lost in the forest like the coffee that is harvested there. Bonga's feeder. Tatmara is a delight, a place touched by grace, like the coffee that is harvested there.
