Coffee La Familia Vasquez
Sourcing Note
The charming Vazquez family knows everything there is to know about coffee: they grow their own beans and oversee the fermentation and drying processes for both their own crops and those from some fifty farms that are part of the “Cafeologia Community Mill” in Aldama, which the family manages. And Inez, one of the family’s daughters, is an experienced barista!
This mastery of the production chain and knowledge of coffee extraction makes the family particularly demanding when it comes to the quality of the coffees they offer for export. A quality that rivals that of the best international producers.
A silky, fruity coffee. A cup of great refinement.
