The SAGE Barista Express Impress espresso machine is the continuation of the famous Barista Express.

The Barista Express Impress is designed with a stainless steel body. Its integrated grinder contains quality stainless steel conical grinding wheels, with a system of 25 different settings to obtain the grind you want, depending on the coffee bean you choose. SAGE supplies both simple and pressurized filters, which can be used with pre-ground coffee. 

This SAGE Barista Express Impress coffee machine will enable you to make all your favorite caffeinated beverages, from espresso to cappuccino. 

The new SAGE Impress Puck system is a small revolution. It simplifies the steps involved in grinding, dosing and tamping for the perfect dose. Insert your filter holder into the space under the grinder to start grinding the coffee. The dose is automatically calculated according to the last coffee extracted. The grinder dispenses the ground coffee evenly into the filter. A lever on the side of the machine is used for tamping.

But the SAGE Barista Express Impress doesn't just compact the coffee. The Impress Puck system copies the barista's gesture, applying 10 kg of pressure and a professional 7° twist to the ground coffee cake. This straight, even tamping guarantees perfect extraction.

The tamping lever requires no effort, as the machine does all the work. What's more, a luminous gauge tells you whether the dose of ground coffee is correct during tamping. If not, the system remembers the result and adjusts the dose for the next extraction.

The SAGE Barista Express Impress espresso machine can serve one or two cups of coffee. It is also equipped with a dedicated hot water outlet (next to the steam nozzle), to preheat your cups. 

The machine features a powerful stainless steel steam nozzle that rotates 360° C to find the perfect position. Steam is dispensed at 130° C, to produce a micro-foam, perfect for a cappuccino.

A stainless-steel milk jug is supplied with the SAGE Barista Express Impress, so you can practice your Latte Art. What's more, the PID and Thermocoil rapid heating system (integrated stainless steel water circuit) control water temperature and ensure thermal stability, to bring out all the aromas of a good coffee.
