Sourcing note

Coffee Marcala :

The Marcala region, south-west of La Paz, is renowned for the exceptional quality of its coffees, which are probably the best in Honduras. Most of the coffee grown here today is Typica, a variety that has adapted particularly well to the climate and altitude.

Coffee KSF Goma Forest :

Khalid Shifa is now one of our closest partners in Ethiopia. Every year, we initiate special projects together. Here, we are going back in time by isolating the trees planted by his father in the 1960s.

Description

This Terres de Café's collection contains 2 bags of coffee beans or ground coffee (250gr):

Coffee Marcala :

The Marcala region, in the south-west of Honduras, produces top quality typicas. This coffee is no exception, with a round, chocolatey, balanced profile that will delight espresso lovers.

On the nose : notes of white flowers and peach.

On the palate : a smooth body, balance and a dark chocolate finish. A lively, well-balanced coffee.

Coffee KSF Goma Forest :

Khalida Shifa, one of our closest partners, offers a subtle compromise between strength and sweetness in this forest coffee. The spiciness of this cup will delight espresso fans.

Nose : intense, very spicy notes, punctuated by notes of hops.

On the palate : the cup is just as clean, with notes of cardamom, marzipan and dark chocolate. The body is creamy and persistent, with a light vanilla finish. A fine compromise, full of spice, oscillating between strength and delicacy.

In case of shortage on a range, we guarantee the delivery in replacement of a superior or equal range.
