Alto del Bijao is the hidden gem among the fifteen farms of the La Pradera regenerative agriculture project, created and led by Oscar Daza. Perched between 1,800 and 2,000 meters, beneath a canopy of trees, only the farm’s mule can carry the harvest down the farm’s narrow, steep, and rugged paths.

A lovely Bourbon variety, perfectly suited to the farm’s soil—a Colombian classic, full of balance and finesse.
