The coffee of the Month, June 2022: BOURBON ROSE WASHED

Tasting note :

  • Nose : The nose is refined and comforting, evoking notes of buttered madeleine, dates and floral pear
  • On the palate : madeleine and pear remain and combine with butterscotch, yellow melon and red fruit undertones. The texture is round and smooth.

Sourcing note

We have been carrying out this project in the Huila region for four years now, which consists of selecting the best Bourbon Roses from our local network of farmers. This fourth vintage gains even more purity and intensity, thanks to the work of Gabriel Castano of Finca Granada, the “Master” of Bourbon Roses.

This coffee is roasted for espresso methods and slow coffee methods.
