UNIQUE PERFORMANCE

It's the ideal grinder for coffee lovers looking to take their coffee experience to the extreme, with one of the largest flat grinders available and a high throughput (up to 6 g/s in espresso setting).

ZERO RETENTION

Specially machined to limit retention, with a maximum of 0.1g, this is the perfect grinder for 'single dose' use, with no need to purge. With zero retention, the P01 lets you make the most of every coffee bag, right down to the last bean.

BUILT TO LAST

Every aspect of the Lagom P01 is designed to deliver unique performance. Compact and robust, its motor has the capacity to absorb the flow of a coffee shop.

FOCUSED ON PRECISION

Wheel alignment is a key parameter. Each part is checked by hand to ensure perfection. The Lagom P01's alignment is designed to be permanent and there is no need to realign the grinding wheels, even after they have been dismantled or cleaned.

PROFILEABLE GRINDING WHEEL SPEED (RPM)

A knob on the side of the machine allows you to vary the rotation speed of the grindstones from 200 to 1700 rpm. This little revolution delivers particularly uniform grinds. In our experience, a low RPM crushes the grain less quickly, limiting the production of dust, also known as 'fines'. The result? A clearer cup, with greater aromatic clarity and an incredibly delicate body. Finally, by adjusting the RPM, you can add a variable to your preparation, and bring out multiple facets in the same coffee.

ERGONOMICS - INTELLIGENT RPM PROFILING

The automatic purge function automatically triggers an increase in speed when no more coffee beans are detected, allowing all residual grinds to be removed and achieving virtually zero retention, without effort.

NEW-GENERATION GRINDING WHEELS

The grinder is fitted with Mizen Omni grindstones, the fruit of Option O's iterative quest for perfection. Their unique geometry and coating provide an extremely homogenous grind, for a brilliant, sweet cup. The best part? No more screws. So, even when you're just starting out, there's virtually no retention, and a larger grinding surface for the most perfect grind.

EASY TO USE

The loading funnel makes it easy to pour the beans, and can hold at least 100g of coffee at a time. The integrated fork holds a stainless steel cup or espresso machine filter holder.

EASY TO CLEAN

This grinder has been specially machined for quick and easy disassembly. Thorough cleaning takes less than two minutes.
