Description

This pack of Terres de Café award-winning espresso coffees includes 7 packets of coffee beans or ground coffee (250g):

Café Tatmara Plantation Nature - 88+ - Ethiopia :

Nose: notes of red fruit, milk chocolate and bergamot.

On the palate: notes of wild strawberry, lychee, chocolate, cardamom, white grape and redcurrant.

The cup is syrupy, dense and intense.

Yeti Village Organic - 85+ - Ethiopia :

On the nose: a hint of milky chocolate bars.

On the palate: pastry notes of chocolate and butter, mixed with almond, bergamot and a hint of red fruit.

The cup is silky and gourmet.

Café Bourbon South Huila - 88+ - Colombia :

On the nose: refined and comforting, evoking notes of buttered madeleine, dates and floral pear.

On the palate: the madeleine and pear remain and combine with butterscotch, yellow melon and red fruit undertones. The texture is round and smooth.

The finish is full and long, with notes of chocolate truffle and clementine zest.

A powerful, subtle, gourmet coffee, sustained by magnificent tension.

Volcan Azul Caturra coffee - 85+ - Costa Rica :

Nose: notes of sweet spices, stone fruit and chocolate.

On the palate: silky, enveloping texture. The cup oscillates between milk chocolate and stone fruit, supported by a slight exotic acidity, the signature of this iconic Volcan Azul coffee.
