Coffee Guji Highland
This is a coffee to die for, reflecting the power and beauty of its lush, unspoilt terroir of mountains, water and forests. An immense coffee.
Sourcing note
Guji Highland Heirloom Natural is grown at an altitude of 2,000 metres, in the heart of the forest, without any inputs. We have selected the 'Quararo' plot, which produces the most intense coffees from this sublime 250-hectare plantation, entirely landscaped under trees some of which are several hundred years old.
