The Unami Tea House has sourced high-quality Soba Cha (Japanese roasted buckwheat) for Encuentro. Highly prized in Japan, where it is consumed as an infusion, it is believed to have antioxidant and remineralizing properties. Jean-Benoît, founder of this renowned tea house, inspired this new gourmet recipe. It is a subtle combination of the fruity sweetness of our 70% Peruvian chocolate and the crunchy, generous roasted notes of Soba Cha.
