Description
There are coffee plantations that are also cocoa plantations. Each terroir produces its own unique flavors. Each is home to men and women who place nature at the heart of their agricultural production. Las Violetas in El Salvador is a perfect example of a new vision of cocoa cultivation, combining agroforestry and organic farming. Vidal Roger Fuentes takes care to maintain the balance of this ecosystem and supervises the subtle blend of Criollo and Trinitario beans to produce a grand cru chocolate.

After having sourced the best cocoa beans and tested many and many recipes, Antoine and Candice launched Encuentro in 2017. It is in Lille that the two partners set up their factory and created their artisanal bars "Bean to Bar", chocolate essentially made from cocoa and organic cane sugar. For a pure and authentic result!
