Description
To create our mineral concentrates, Jordan Tachnakian, Quality Director at Terres de Café, and Simon Gautherin, co-founder of APAX, worked closely together to identify which mineral concentrate best matches our extraction and roasting profile. Together, they defined the aromatic profiles to highlight and the types of minerals to prioritise in order to create concentrates capable of revealing the balance, texture and complexity of each Terres de Café coffee. Because water accounts for more than 98% of the cup, its composition is essential. These concentrates, designed on the same principle as APAX minerals, allow the water to be adjusted to enhance the extraction and reveal the full potential of the coffee. A collaboration born of the field, taste and precision.

How to use:
Shake the bottle well for a few seconds before use. Open the bottle and use the dropper to pour the product into demineralised water or directly into your coffee.
We recommend using 3 to 6 drops per 200 ml cup. Do not consume directly.

APAX LAB offers mineral concentrates that were created by Simon Gautherin in 2023. He spent six years studying the impact of water on coffee aromas. They developed over 2,000 water recipes and collected an immense amount of data to bring these profiles to life.
