With the Barista Touch Impress Cold, Sage offers an espresso machine with a built-in grinder designed for those who want to recreate the barista experience at home, with precise extraction... and the freedom to easily switch to cold recipes.

Its real bonus: a dedicated Cold Extraction mode, which allows you to make an iced espresso or cold brew in just a few minutes, for smoother, more aromatic coffees that are perfectly suited to iced drinks. A guided experience, but an expert result. Thanks to its touchscreen, the machine guides you through every step: from grinding to extraction to milk frothing. It's intuitive, fast, and above all, very consistent: ideal for getting a balanced cup day after day. Assisted tamping for more precise extraction. Impress™ Puck technology automates tamping with constant pressure and an optimized finish.
