Coffee Las Brujas Pacamara Washed
Sourcing note
Las Brujas is the latest project from Hacienda Barbara, a pioneer in Geisha production in Boquete. Run by the talented Hunter Tedamn (owner of Black Moon Farm), the farm is located on the southern slope of the Barù volcano, sheltered from the wind, which forms a micro-terroir forest with a humid tropical climate, giving the coffee a different style from other coffees in the region. More distinctive and powerful, it is another expression of the region's grand crus.
Tasting note
Notes of green apple, clementine, and nougat.
This coffee is roasted for espresso methods and slow coffee methods.
