70% Guatemala bar + 10% coffee Terres de Café: An explosion of flavors! The chocolate bar combines bursts of Heirloom Wallaga coffee from Ethiopia with floral notes, sweet spices, honey, and 70% Guatemala Asochivite chocolate with notes of candied and slightly tangy mango. The very rare cocoa comes from Asochivite, a small association of around ten producers in the heart of Guatemala.

70% Dominican Republic bar: A fruity organic cocoa with subtle notes of red fruits, plum & honey. The selected cocoa is Oko Caribe, harvested from small local producers.

70% Madagascar bar: A chocolate with frank notes of citrus fruits, yellow fruits with a slight acidity characteristic of Madagascar. A cocoa resulting from the meeting between Enceuntro and Bertil Akesson, producer in the Sambirano region in the north of Madagascar, and owner of Bejofo.
