El Cuto Coffee:
El Cuto, named after a legendary Salvadoran figure who took from the rich to give to the poor, is a collaboration between four farms and Terres de Café centered on a single goal: to sustainably revive high-quality mid-altitude coffee production for local communities, despite the challenges posed by climate change. Reforestation, rainwater management, the restoration of biodiversity, and polyculture (honey, vanilla, cacao, hibiscus...) are the pillars of the project.
Costa Rica Osa Peninsula - 70% Chocolate Bar:
We kick off this new journey of captivating aromas with cocoa beans grown in one of the best-preserved (and most beautiful) places on the planet: the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica. It was our friend Alejo Castro from Volcan Azul Estate who put us in touch with small-scale producers native to Osa, who have been cultivating cocoa using agroforestry practices for generations. They are located along what is becoming a wildlife corridor—and thus a wildlife sanctuary—for animals that, due to climate change, are migrating north toward Panama in search of cooler temperatures and sustenance. This Corridor project is the brainchild of the Castro family, who are deeply committed to protecting the peninsula’s flora and fauna.

Box of 70% Chocolate-Covered Marshmallow Bears (6-pack):
These marshmallow bears are made from a very soft, lightly sweetened chocolate marshmallow, coated in our fruity and floral 70% Peruvian chocolate. A melt-in-your-mouth treat for young and old alike! Each box contains 6 bears.
Box of 70% Chocolate Discs with Soba Cha 100g:
Unami Tea house has sourced high-quality Soba Cha (roasted Japanese buckwheat) for Encuentro. Highly prized in Japan, where it is consumed as an infusion, it is believed to have antioxidant and remineralizing properties. It was the founder of this renowned tea house, Jean-Benoît, who created this new gourmet recipe. It is a subtle combination of the fruity sweetness of our 70% Peruvian chocolate and the crunchy, generously toasted notes of Soba Cha. One box contains approximately 40 discs.
Pearls - Box of coffee beans coated in 70% chocolate:
These organic coffee beans coated in 70% Peruvian chocolate are sourced by Terres de Café.
Exploring Terres de Café inevitably leads us to the lands of cocoa. Our passion for flavor and craftsmanship inevitably leads us to chocolate. Our commitment to preserving ecosystems and practicing sustainable agriculture leads to wonderful encounters with cocoa farmers who share so much in common with our coffee-growing friends, and who cultivate a magical product—so similar, yet so different from coffee.

ENCUENTRO
After having sourced the best cocoa beans and tested many and many recipes, Antoine and Candice launched Encuentro in 2017. It is in Lille that the two partners set up their factory and created their artisanal bars "Bean to Bar", chocolate essentially made from cocoa and organic cane sugar. For a pure and authentic result!
