LEAVES - Infusion of coffee Leaves - Terrazas Del Pisque - White

What is Infusion of coffee leaves ? 

This infusion is made entirely from coffee leaves processed in the "white tea" style: the freshly harvested and selected leaves are dried on African beds for 18 to 24 hours under shade. They are then rolled by hand and dried in the sun. Slightly caffeinated, fine and subtle, the coffee leaf infusion also has antioxidant and draining properties.

LEAVES is part of the sustainability strategy we are pursuing with Terres de Café's women partners. Indeed, this new product constitutes an additional income for the farmer thanks to a diversification of his production.
