Volcan Azul Geisha/Typica Anaerobic Nature, Costa Rica (88+) :

• Nose: The aromas are rich with notes of kirsch cherry and panela.  

• In the mouth: 

• The cup blends the juiciness of black cherry, the roundness of tropical fruit, a sweet rooibos, the liveliness of clementine and a dense and syrupy body. The banyuls and the violet accompany the end of mouth of this complex and greedy cup! 

Guevara Geisha washed, Colombie (88+) :

• On the nose, jasmine, apricot, coated with pastry notes.

• On the palate, a silky body, an elegant citric acidity with notes of raspberries and lemon. A masterful finish that turns into the grand cru of black tea
