Just one hectare is planted with Geisha, on the prettiest plot of the farm, shaded by avocado, mango, orange, and many other endemic canopy trees. These Geisha trees are the treasure of Finca Altos de Bijao, and receive special attention in the fields and during processing, which is necessary to create cups that generate emotion.

Cesar Magana, Q Grader and specialty coffee globetrotter, has finally settled down on the family micro farm in Juayua, overlooking the Apaneca volcano range, with the aim of creating a sustainable and food self-sufficient production model. Cesar has kindly reserved his Geisha plots exclusively for Terres de Café.

On the nose, sweet honey and caramel.
In the cup, the soft citrus acidity is reminiscent of white peach. The texture is enveloping and rich, like warm honey.
Lechuza Geisha Natural - El Salvador (88+):
On the nose: notes of hazelnut, chocolate, and black tea.
On the palate: notes of black cherry, black plum, honey, and nocciolata reinforce the sweetness of this rich and silky coffee.
