A local celebrity who trained in Costa Rica in 1970, Rosalio Ventura is a pioneer of high-quality coffee in Honduras, and he in turn mentors young coffee farmers eager to improve their production. The farm is named after his wife, who runs the operations with a gentle touch and fosters a generally peaceful atmosphere.
