Close to the Honduran border, Finca la Laguna, managed using agroforestry techniques by the now famous Olman Valladarez, was one of the first farms in Nicaragua to adopt the Parainema variety.
Altitude, shade, and organic soil fertilization provide an ideal environment for coffee trees to thrive.

This coffee is roasted for espresso methods and slow coffee methods.
