Miguel Angel Villacencio - Finca la Pacaya - "Kenia" SL28 Natural - Légendes
Sourcing note
The Villavicencio family chose the La Pacaya site specifically to grow large varieties. Located between 1,800 and 2,000 meters above sea level in the heart of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range, the climate here is similar to that of Boquete in Panama. After more than ten years, their work was rewarded with a victory in the Cup of Excellence in 2025 with a masterful Geisha. Here we reveal La Pacaya's other ultra-confidential treasure, this exceptional SL28 with its power and balance. It is Irene Villacencio's favorite coffee!

Tasting note
Notes of bergamot, jasmine, and red berries.
This coffee is roasted for espresso methods and slow coffee methods.
Sourcing note
No track, no road to get to Negussa Tadessa, the owner of Tatmara Plantation, a sublime farm lost in the forest like the coffee that is harvested there. Bonga's feeder. Tatmara is a delight, a place touched by grace, like the coffee that is harvested there.
A speciality coffee
